LUCA OS processes personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). This page summarises the essentials; a full policy follows in the app settings.

Data residency

Personal data is stored and processed in India by default.

Consent

Every sensitive data flow requires explicit consent. The twin only reads what you authorise, and you can revoke any consent from the app's privacy panel at any time.

Export & deletion

You may export all your data in a machine-readable format or request deletion. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
